Directions
Heat oil in a saute pan over medium heat. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine seasonings in a large bowl. Season chicken with spices and toss to evenly coat.
Add the chicken to the saute pan and cook on each side 2-4 minutes (until there is a crispy coating). Repeat with remaining oil and chicken. Put chicken in a oven safe baking dish. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken tossing well. Cook in oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Serve with celery, carrots, ranch dressing, or blue cheese.
